WIN is a 501C3 non-profit foundation that specializes in personal and emotional empowerment and restoration. From abuse recovery, self-esteem, emotional empowerment, to Destiny Management (creating your dreams, visions and purpose), we provide programs of recovery and empowerment that will teach you how to become your personal best. Founded by Dr. Tracy Kemble, we have been paving the way for healing and empowerment for women since 1996.

WIN is committed to those who find themselves debilitated from past or current pains of abuse and to those who desire to create a life of purpose.

WIN believes that by healing the woman you heal the family, and that the final destination to healing is living in love and in the passion and purpose of life.

WIN is committed to educating, inspiring, preventng and empowering. . We accomplish this by providing the highest quality recovery programs, conferences, training programs and fundraisers. Our goal is to repair, restore and prevent lives from being affected by abuse.
